Nevit Hourglass patch?

Hello Guys,
I'm trying to apply the Hourglass patch from
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=23855&hilit=hourglass
However, this patch is very old to apply accurately on tha last l2j stable version.
Considering I'm new investigating the L2j code, I would like to ask if someone can help with an update to apply this patch correctly.
