As St3eT said Alt + G then type player's name and click Inventory.

but if i click on the inventory button nothing happens

I have done but get nothing to see, if i click on the inventory butten

The player must be online and you must write his name correctly

Try to reset window location, somewhere in game options "initialize".

problem is solved there missed something in the L2text folder
