The developer who removed it does not want to add it back; he wants to make something different, but as of yet nothing has been proposed. He doesn't even want to discuss it with other members.

It adds back those configs and improves the system quite a bit aswell.

idk why is removed but it is very bad choise anyway i will use this patch too

I added some configuration for level gaps in Changeset 6482 if you want the old DEEP_BLUE just set LevelGapMinChance to 100
