do the 'DropAmountMultiplierByItemId' and 'DropChanceMultiplierByItemId' include spoils ???

What about change it and try it in game?

In stock L2J this rates are multiplied with standard drop/spoil rates
(so if you set both to 2x, the result will be 4x)

However, if you want the replace behavior (the rate by id overrides standard rate), take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=29239 where you can also set raid rates
