when players are buffed and login to game thier hp/mp is halved, how do i fix this so they have full hp/mp on login.

wow. I just tried it and it actually is true. You get a little more than half hp/mp when relogging with buffs.

Why is it like that? Is it a retail feature? or is it a bug?
Is it configurable?

so it has not been fixed yet? because i dont know what file that piece of code is in or what to change to fix it
