Is it possible to change ALL THE NPCs talking interval to 10 minutes?
Preachers spam, MOS all th mobs spamming every 10 secs, Prophet in towns is spamming...
Is there a config for all NPCs?

You can turn npc dialogue off in the client.
Somewhere in the chat options.
