Lilith & Anakim doesn't respawn.

Hi guys,
Lilith and anakim respawn only after i restart the server
What i checked:
SevenSigns.java All seems fine
Random_spawn : its ok.
Randm_spawn loc: OK
Is there any other place that i should look in order to find the respawn etc?
