Hello, i think i messed it up and i dont know how to fix ..;/
Here is what happened: was in-game, in //admin , in gm option-> exceptions : I missclicked at enable all, then i clicked disable all. i wanted to disable the last exception about exp gain.
After this nothing happened in-game, but when i restarted server, i had errors in console about the exceptions.
I compiled the source, used the new files, same result.. Any idea what i can do..?

solved.. reason was that i made mistake to give access to hmm kinda idiot ppl of my team.. dont make the same mistake..

I got the same issue after upgrading to 1038, How did you solve this?
Doesnt happen on every server load, only half of the times...

mmh i dont think we had the same source of the problem, to me it was an .xml file that needed fix,
generally it should be a database error, so check your database/xml files.

that is,, if u have similar/same issue..

well that is the strange thing, I modified only mana pots strnght and made FA tradable, all the other items are retail like.
And the issue is 100% the same as yours, so I have no Ideas what XML I should fix O.o
