I am using the latest H5 update and there is a little problem which appeared in the older versions too:

When I am trying to create a custom NPC, in example "Kein", it appears without it's name and you can't click him with a normal player. Only Admin do. Same story about the TVT manager and every other custom npc except the buffer.

custom_npcaidata in your Navicat, add the npc there and in TARGETABLE select 1 and save.
