Maximize Server Performance

Hey i have Server board SE7320P2
2 Cores 3.0Ghz
8 GB Ram Memory
and i want to maximize my Lineage 2 java server performance
i know that i have to configure my my.ini config of sql
and Xmx/xmsx which i have no idea about them
can someone support me with that?
