I am using the last revision from l2jserver.Can i change the rates of landing, the power of the skill etc, via the xml files?Or i must do this through java?Thank you

you can by editing the xml files, however its not that simple anymore, some chances are hardcoded and even if you change a 25 to 0 it might make no difference at all.

We dont have any hardcoded chances he can edit activateRate or even set min/max chance globaly in configs.
