Guys, today I noticed this error on my gameserver colsole,

Living player [Mantikore] called RestartPointPacket! Ban this player!
Living player [Zevress] called RestartPointPacket! Ban this player!
Living player [BceMIIu3Da] called RestartPointPacket! Ban this player!

I'm trying to figure it out .. Please advise.

RestartPointPacket is the packet send by client when a player presses "To Village/Castle/HQ/etc" buttons the warning simply says that someone who was alive sent that packet to server

It can happen on lag, don't pay attention to it.

l2net send this error if revive a player, i recommend spy a player

Thats true, that warning can be almost totally ignored, thats not a reason to punish a player.
