You need more RAM for your gameserver.

or check java startup parameters for L2J, may be he have wrong values for his system memory amount.
as I said before in other topics, you shouldn't assign whole system memory to L2J, because system memory is shared with: SO, Java, and MySQL, and you should distribute it properly.
