FIRST YOU NEED ENOUGH BRAINS to turn your caps-lock off.
Then you need to visit l2j wiki and look through the guides. There is nothing specific about a High Five or any other chronicle server.

P.S. no individual support in this forum unless you're a known person who seems good enough to be worthy of helping. Which you're not.

well, basically you need a dedicated machine (if you want to make a public server), with at least 4gb (or more) if you want to use geodata.

is the same for all l2 clients?is there special l2j server and database for each client?
