Help With Script Please

Hi i was just wondering if someone could help me with this script i found, Its a npc bug reporter, If a player goes to this npc he can fill out a bug report and it should save it as a text file for me to view, But when you click Report it button it says in system window " Something went wrong try again " It loads fine in the game server no errors and npc works in game it just wont send the bug report, i thinks its because it made for frya and i am using hi five server can some one take a look at the code and tell me what could be wrong, no one will offer any support where i found it so i thought i would bring it here thanks guys:
