I'm using eclipse classic SDK 3.7.2, JRE7u5 and full installed Subclipse SVN thing from http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x .. Everything seems right, but when running Ant i get this: http://i.imgur.com/xOVHj.png

Another thing, the trunk shows "Revision 5449: /trunk/L2J_Server" but the build.xml eclipse fetched is 5208?

is because you forgot to install Subversion

Ah i missed a step, i was reading this: http://l2jserver.com/wiki/Setup_Eclipse_and_SVN and another incomplete guide, some of the info were also inaccurate make it harder to understand.
