part of 7 sign not work like on retail

Hello, dont know if this is commented before - but one part of 7 sign not workthere like should be.
On retail when you are not signed in 7 sign or signed in oposite side from that who won you cant stay near mobs in catacoms or necropolis. When you come near them , player get auto teleport near entrance to necropolis or catacomb ( place with water ).
