L2J Server

Hi.. I dont know if I will be off-topic.. but I would like some info and directions about hi-5 and how to host it.. Im currently owner of a ragnarok server but I really love lineage.. so I wpuld like to start a lineage private server.. but I dont have any expirience with it.. Im willing to learn.. I have google some info but thia is my main concern.. is it possible to host L2J in a vps? if so, what should be the minimum espc to hold at least 50-100 players (just to start, later if it goes well i would hire a private server) cause currenlty Im hosting in a linux 3 cores 40gb hdd and 2gb ddr3 dedicated with 4gb burst ram.. if I hire another one with this specs could work? what do I need?
also my 2nd question is about stabilty.. is there a stable version of Hi-5 (without bugs or less bugged) or do you recomend another chronicle that it's already stable? and my last question and sorry to ask.. whats the difference btwn L2J and L2off?

L2OFF - official files which were leaked from somewhere....

Another thing that should be pointed out, since L2Off is leaked retail files its illegal to host a server on it, in a bit of countries.

is illegal because is "leaked stuff", and that is not allowed in most of the countries (not in a bit of them) by intellectual propertie laws, patents, and others.

and you shouldn't use it to make money without a licence or authorization from the original owners.

About l2j and vps,no you will lag hard(and all of your players).You need good processor,and good connection.You need a dedicated with at least,8gb ram.
You can google(as you did) many infos and you'll find more details.

I'd say to start with a dedicated server with 4gb ram unless you are expecting to have over 1000 players.
