Creating new datapack and geting "BUILD FAILED" error.

I am creating new datapack but I get this error. Can anyone help me with that?


BUILD FAILED
C:\Users\....\workspace\L2JTW_GameServer_HighFive_Alpha\build.xml:57: Unable to find a javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7"
