conect to server

Hello everyone I am with the following problem:
The server is ON everything right but when it comes to connecting to it can not pass the server selection screen.

post your server.properties, ipconfig.xml, hosts

Check your ports configuration (allow traffic for the appropriate [standard is 7777] port in your router/-firewall).

Why I can't connect to the my server, client send ACCESS FAILED! .wtf?
