New server on Win7

hey dudes i have a problem :
i installed win 7 ultimate x64
than Java 7.3
sliksvn
eclipse
navicat
mysql
and so on
i build a server and on start loginserver or gameserver he says he dont find java or its misspelled thats the console says but java is work fine becurse eclipse and some other programms work so what to do ?? thanks
