and:
JavaFX 2.0 Runtime
JavaFX 2.0 SDK

JAVA_HOME = C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_03

I know you have Subclipse updated and Eclipse too.

but we are talking about SVN Client aka "Subversion" that should be installed and updated too.

and btw JavaFX is not needed xD

The JavaFX was automatically installed by the jdk
