Do I miss something here? It should be 1x party xp or no?

This config is party XP/SP x1!
In the game you will see (XP/SP Server rate) x (XP/SP Paty Rate), then xp/sp = 5 X 1 = XP party x5.0
For more 20% XP/SP Party in config put rate party xp/sp = 1.2 (5 x 1.2) and you see in game Party XP x6.
etc...
