Build from updated files after synchronizing

Hello,
Is it possible to do ant build only from new updated files after synchronizing with repository?
For ex.: there were 5 datapack/server files updated from last time, I see them in "Synchronize" tab and i want to build only them.
I ask this because I almost learned how to update server
. But I only could update datapack cause there were 6 files only, I made ant build for all files and I extracted only updated files after doing screenshot of my "Synchronize" tab to help me find files I needed.
On the other hand, there were so many of server files I couldn't understand where to put them because I never seen those files in my server files not like datapack files.
