pvp fist and pvp lightset bug or not

Hey guys first i want to say u guys do good work and thanks for keeping l2 up for us. Anyways i just wanted to know if i wqs the only one who noticed that pvp cancel for the fist is not showing up in the item skill bar same goes for the pvp light set, pvp damage down does not show in the item skill bar. As if the effect does not work. I didnt see a patch note change on this for hi 5. May this be a bug?
