Pet Buffer - cannot be see - and error - screen

Pet Buffer NPC is somewhere in the red screen, but i cannot see it
found it after respown by his Spawn coords I take it from here : viewtopic.php?f=73&t=23342
installed correct but i have this error
Finaly i instaled AIO buffer works, but i whanna know what happend on Pet Buffer ...
