[BUG] Transformation

I take the third part of the Epic Quest. I went to COLIN and talking with him. He gives me the skill of transformation and I see the icon of effect on the screen but my character does not acquire other forms.
I am a novice developer but I do not understand where the error
It seems to me that an error somewhere in the core but I'm not sure.
