Hi again.
Never seen this before, but seems like "cancellation" skill has "critical" chance and it happens 1/5 or 1/10
We would like to delete this critical effect from cancellation skill, but I haven't found where that code is located.

Would like to know if there is something what ticks it, to reduce rate or disable it.

Cancellation seems to not have
<set name="isDebuff" val="true" />
So I though that it might be bugged eh?
Could someone tell me if this would give error on live server ?
PVP skill cancel uses <set name="isDebuff" val="true" /> So.. I though if the debuff is off it might actually do a critical strike.

2nd explanation is that its retail like and you coded it somewhere I cant find.

Someone please confirm either or none of these explanations?
