if it is not the effect, and if you disable any active togle, the effect changes over time, if you leave the togle activated, the effect is when the time comes.

los escribo en castellano porque no tengo tiempo para traducir.
esto sucede cuando hay algunos errores de variables en java/windows, debes reiniciar el equipo/windows, y el problema se soluciona.
los contadores llegan a "0" y se elimina la habilidad "skill" cualquiera que uses.
