Critical Error On Load character.

Some users on my server when try to enter to the world they crash with following Critical error :
2011.7.6 05:24:09
OS : Windows Vista 6.1 (Build: 7600)
CPU : AuthenticAMD AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ @ 2700 MHz 2047MB RAM
Video : NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (5896)
PosCode : LS1(216) 92512:148561:-3469 2/1 [367]
General protection fault!
History: UIPacket <- UNetworkHandler::Tick <- Function Name=UIPacket <- UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop
I Need Help with this. I have no f#cking Idea .

if H5 do a
"check file" and try again

It's Freya...
and a lot of users have the same problem :C . The Character Doesn't load .
I try with //recall , //repair and nothing happen .
Pleaseeee.
PS: Do you speak spanish? :O

Say to some user that create new char and enter with the new, if no crash, transfer all data to new char and try reenter

Tell them to make new chars and if that works, it can be because of the area the chars are in... I tried this once on a server, and it was because i increased Core's (the rb) run speed. So maybe you edited some npc a bad way, and those ppl was in the area?

change cords manual in database for that player old client bug in some critical locations.
