I just tested, I'm using High Five server/client and no problem, same for Freya server/client.

If it's client crash and it's High Five do a full check with official launcher, if it's Freya you don't have much to do...

If it's server error post the error logs.

I updated the client directly by the officer someone has a clean system for me to do new tests
