Ipconfig plz help

Help me with config's...
I used c4 all ok...
I used interlude all ok...
But i now use H5 and don't know what make with ipconfig.xml? (f*cking file)
I use router
Lan ip: 192.168.1.4
INternet host: l2-day.no-ip.biz
Server start normaly. Login in client ok but on choozing server is freezed
In test 7777 port is closed O_O but server runing normaly

Where my error? and kill this f*cking file
