Master of Enchanting Event Dude

I want to activate this event on my server, but i have configured +15 like a max enchant of weapons.
This event work fine anyway or i can never echant the event weapon to +22??

you never can enchant over configured limit afaik..

How can i make a patch for enable the event weapon to enchant to +22??
