some time ago the Server functioned correctly in my computer but i dont' know why i get this error and don't matter the version of server, i always get this bug, with Nightless Builds too.I suppose it's JAVA error but I've re-installed it several times and the error continues, even though i deleting the JAVA_HOVE from Environment Variables of Windows, the Server runs with this error, as if there is still the variable.
When i try to run Java from CMD with no JAVA_HOME i got this:

Type javac in cmd.
If you got error try to change system variable for Java path.

I get error and make that you said.
but i'm skill having errors with Handlers and ALL Scripts and if I play in my server with these errors i just can't do anything .
But Big thanks to you man that at least gave me an idea of what might be happening.

make sure you complie and build your server right remove any custom mods you have in your java

I don't think it is custom things if you don't remember installing any I think it is more like you have not compiled it right or put server together right

do a new svn checkout and recompile

I think that is no JAVA error, but is a error with Script Engine:

If someone can help me to reconfigure or re-install it i will be very very happy ^^

It was a Java Error but i have formated my computer and now everything works ^^
