Hello,

The NPC Reputation Manager is only working for weapons s84(High), it does not let me put PVP attribute on lower grade weapons.

Is this correct? What about S, s80 and s84(Low) weapons?

As far as I know it's for weapons with special ability added.

Not sure how Dual Swords, Dual Daggers are handled, if they need +4 Enchantment or they can be PVP'd when they are clean.
