Hi .

Changed OS to win7 x64 and since then the database_installer.bat doesnt work . The window shows starts and shows up for a few miliseconds and then disapears . Any idea where could be the problem ?

windows 7 have the "find" command ?

nvm found the problem through cmd . The bat had problem becoz of the (x86) program files . Reinstalled mysql and it works now .

Install l2Java server only on Lunux. Forget about Zindows for this

i have reinstall mysql 6 times and still database installer doesnt work... i have win 7 x64 to and trying with x86 mysql and x64 can someone help pls.

Execute the queryes in SQL command line then.

you mean that i have to add sql files manualy?

its show really fast but when i run it and run it say: It is not identified name "find"

On desktop i have a windows 7 (x64) maximum, and installer works perfect. Just run him from "My computer" and have fun, not from file managers like total commander. Running from total commander dont work in windows 7. Second solution - try to run installer from command line, or just execute sql files manually.

Otherwise, you can use linux operation systems without any problems. Server on linux works more stable and secure. I am recommend ubuntu linux for l2j server.

sorry for my noobs problems... but all .bat files for creating l2j server doesnt work for me i have tryed all of them...and have the same effect showing for few milisec.

try:
start -> cmd -> right click -> run as administrator ->
"cd C:\YourLineageFolder\tools" ->
database_installer.bat

i think that will be problem with "find" command which melerix said.... cmd show me that the "find" command is missed in win 7

The problem is with command find i database_installer: and i have change this line:

path "MySQL">NUL

and its working

I see you guys are running the server on win7... Im running the server on this win7 but I cant join the server

I keep getting stuck on the login screen ..

Server runs fine other people joined it and all but I cant seem to join the server from my pc

I tried switching ip's in the host file and ipconfig but same

I read a few posts and ppl always tell them switch ur host file to 127.0.0.1

It didnt work for me.. any idea?

is the "my pc" you refer to the pc that hosts the server?
or another pc from LAN?
