Hello. I have no idea, where is the problem. Look at this ugly halisha

You see that ugly sword shell? On retail is shouldn't be. Also on l2j freya that buggy effect gone. Anybody know where is the problem? How to fix that visual effect bug?

Tried few clean IL clients. All have same error, so maybe that isn't client sided?
