hello i was lloking for the formula of magic critical.here is what i am using but it doesnt display the chance correctly

the value changes when i put on valakas necklace and infinity staff but doesnt change when i do buffs or when i put dyes for WIT.any ideas?

maybe when you put on valakas necklace and infinity staff you rich the max magCritRate)
