Three days of fighting with this error:

It seems right.
l2.ini set to the external IP. Why then not connect. What should I do?

GS and LS are configured correctly and successfully launched.
Now client can not connect to the LS from external network. What's the problem?

Hosts don't support binding one hostname to another, can't do dyn-dns through hosts.

When i pin my no IP adresse I got my
http://whatismyipaddress.com/ adresse.
My account work perfecly when I start my server with 127.0.0.1

Problem solved.
It turned out that from my computer can not access the server on the external IP, because it is a router. Others have successfully come to the server.

It's obvious that you can't connect to local on external ip. Localhost always connects to itself on the local ip.
