[Help] Removing Kamaels

Hey guys i'm using the latest rev and i want to disable players to create kamael chars.
would be great if anyone could tell me in which file i can edit that.
awesome would be a full guide but i dont expect you to do this for me.

Yup.. it should be working (with some modifications) but personally i would never do that.. a lot of people like kamael.. why would you wanna do that? because
you don't like them
? if they are overpowered just nerf them.. but disable them? i imagine that would only bring negative things.. i don't get it.

Kamaels aren't overpowered. Just stop using bufferes with buff set 5000 + 500, enchant chances about 10000% and maximal enchant +65535 and it will be fine.
You could destroy much more with disabling Kamaels.

ok, you mentioned it, so I can't resist asking:
what does ANYTHING you listed have to do EXPLICIT with Kamael
but I do agree - removing Kamaels is like refusing to use mobile phone because it has no wire

I have a huge problem in my server as all Kamaels are so overpowered and I got players crying about it all the times. I need some Ideas that will help me to nerf their power down. I tried a few things changing some stats on char templates and increasing some skills re use time but it didn't help too much.
Can anyone help me nerf then down?
