Gameserver issue - java.awt.Rectangle error

Hi again.
After receiving help with client missing buttons and the newest release accessable by Eclipse I'm facing another problem, with Java again.
Firstly I had error with "access denied" on awt.dll file from java folder, but managed to fix it by adding some IP address to hosts file. But now, when I'm trying to enter the game - does not matter what character I pick from my 'garage' - gameserver window gives me this error:

In general it's:
I have tried using little trick with JAVA_HOME at 'My Computer' proporties but it didn't work - neither for JRE nor for JDK.
Any ideas what can be causing this problem? I have been fighting with this new release for entire day and still no results while Hellbound for example got going without any troubles...
