Can't Connect my local server please Help

I have problems with connection Local server, my friends can connect (as public server) but I can't.
when I write user name and pass I Log in successfully but when I chose server I can't confirm(and play the game).
please help me I don't know what to do.

use search, there is a lot of topics with the same question and a lot of answers and solutions.

I can't find them so please give me link on topic or explain what to do . . . ((((

look in your ipconfig.xml yn your config folder inside your gamserver folder
