Questions about Blood Alliance & castle warehouse keeper

Hi there, i have a couple of "quick" questions here so i will just go ahead and ask..
1) Blood Alliance is obtained each time a clan defend a castle right? so.. how exactly are they obtained and how many of them each time? from clan warehouse you just go to withdraw and they are there or what? do they even work to begin with? i mean.. is the clan lvl 10 system fully implemented? i know it can be done with admin menu but who cares about that.. (sorry but i don't have time to test these things)
2) in warehouse keeper inside castles there is a "Check honorary item." option that is not implemented.. anyone can tell me what is that for?
