high memory usage

L2J Revision Number:4487
L2JDP Revision Number:7760

I'm trying to run everything on vps with 1gb of ram. And it apears that it is not enough even to start game server. It starts loading, but soon runs out of memory. A year ago I started gracia final server on vps with 512mb ram and it was more then enough for a start. (its a faction server withount mobs, soo less ram needed) Now I tryed using same gracia final server pack as before, and... 1 gb is not enough to start game server. Same files, same database, same OS (debian 5.0 64bit). What has changed during a year that memory usage increased so much? Maybe it's java by itself eating all ram?

Get a real server for your gameserver, thats gonna fix your problem. Try hetzner X series.

Running server on vps is not a smart way, especially with 512mb. Change memory allocation in startup script.

Once gain, thats not what I asked...
Same pack, same OS -> before -> 512mb ram was enough.
Same pack, same OS -> now - > 1GB is not enough.

Maybe there was some java update, and it needs much more memory now or something like that.
And about runing it on vps... vps is fully capable of runing l2j server. I ordered vps with 512 mb ram, cause I thought its gona be enough for testing. Now I had to increase it to 2gb ram just to run last rev.
