[Problem]With Petitions

Hello Friends,
I'm reporting a small problem I found in recent revisions of l2jserver. When I am answering any petition,
everything is paralyzed for me, I can not send PM, I can not access the Admin panel, I can not shake, do not continue
the conversation that begins on petition. But I can see everything that happens on the server, chats ALL / GLOBAL / TRADE, the player in this petition, still talking and I can not answer. This is a bugg? Any problem related to my administrator?
