So... my problem is "Client [Character: nick[char_id] - Account: acc - IP: 000.000.00.00] - Disconnected, too many queue overflows."

I know, u would say sth like fix unclose connection in custom script, but i don't have install any... On Windows7 is it perfectly wokring, on Linux i got errors like this any time someone click many times on some skills...

Your server unable to proceed such number of requests. You can increase queue length.
