In last revision Olympiad Buffer dont spawn when the character is teleported in arena.
I check it in spawnlist.sql, it is there but doesnt spawn.

Other problem: A character who have 0 olympiad point can join in olympiad

Both worksforme, update server properly. Buffers are in the spawnlist, check for points in OlympiadManager.
