Freya is not implemented (not even quests) and you can forget about premium accounts if you haven't the slightest idea of how to make it yourself. Unless, of course, you pay someone to do it for you.
Dunno about FoG.

As I said, nobody is going to do it for you. You should at least learn to use search too:

If you know Java you'll know how to implement it and fix what's not working.

Всё же хочется официального релиза ПА от вас
А то яву учить буду не скоро, а по мануалам бред получается
Поможете с ним, если выложу ошибки из лога?
