No, with PvP armor/weapon you cant do nothing.
You cant enchant, unseal, insert atributes, insert life stones.

ты епт, на 4гейм почитай, на руофе по спрашивай, там 100% нельзя вставлять ЛСы и атрибуты в ПВП

well i know the problem
he doesnt know english so hes using an lol translator
so none can understand him but he probably meant why he cant add attributes to pvp armor
the answers is : RETAIL LIKE

you can add attributes, you can enchant and even augment weapons before you make them pvp, so i suggest you to make a npc that exchange the player non pvp weapon to pvp and all will get transfered.

На 4гейме найти какую-то полезную информацию не реально. Да и при чем тут вообще твой 4гейм?
Когда только ввели ПвП то с ним уже ничего нельзя было делать. Я заканчивал играть на Франце год назад. Только что спросил у знакомого, он сказал что вроде что-то меняли были в этом плане, но раньше что бы вставить атрибут он вытягивал ПвП атрибут.
А свои слюни прошу держать при себе.

At 4geyme find some useful information, not really. And where does all your 4geym?When only enter PvP with him then nothing can be done. I ended up playing Franz year ago. Just asked a friend, he said that like something I had in this plan, but before that would insert an attribute he craned PvP attribute.And please keep your saliva to yourself.

You can only enchant PvP weapon, feel free to check on retail or rpgclub. Topic will be closed if more offtopic appear.
