When i use a low level skill, wind strike for example, on characters with my same level the hit doesn't fail and make damage. The same problem with spoil level 1, i spoil mob level 80 with my Crafter level 82 with spoil level 1 :S

Spoil is probably fixed in next release
about low lvl skill dmg its retail like

1. Damage from 1st occupaton skills (wind strike, ice bolt etc.) doesn't fail anymore - it's in retail.
2. Skill level difference for debuffs should be fixed (dryad root lvl 9 successfully lands 90/100 on 83 mobs - not retail like)

Seems like, the skill/resist system went to wrong, maybe 100x multiplier on PC's. Level 9 sleep landing on 80+ mobs 10/8, Cardinal/EE Trance landing ab. 99%... BTW, while Epilogue, Mucrokian Fanatic stun rate was 10/8, now (in Freya) 20/1... I don't belive the lv. 1 spoil w/ 10 power can be landing on 20+ mobs... And so much other example (sws Sword Sypmhony landing 1/1 on 80+ mobs, etc).

Spoil fixed in the next releases. Other skills - gtfo for test results.

I've checked wind strike and other low lvl skills they did 1 dmg on retail ..

My viewpoint is, no need any test results. You wrote:

M.Def: 520 (not too much for lv. 83 mobs...)
My lv.: 85
Skill: lv. 5 wind strike (1st class skill)
M.atk: 1007 (w/ blessed spiritshot)
Damage: 240~260

The Blessing of Eva and the Touch of Life skills can no longer be used on monsters.

There is no word to removing level dependences, not even Epilogue skill change lists. Or maybe I misunderstood something?
